What it does

Each gym has its own staff portal. Open that gym’s login, then sign in as owner, coach, or staff. Gyms do not share a switcher. Parents do not get an account — this is staff software, not a parent app.

When you save roll, each athlete with an email on the roster gets a present or absent note. Each gym writes that wording under Settings. Notes send as your gym name from noreply@thegymportal.com. There is no personal reply address on those notes.
No. Gyms pay on hosted Stripe Checkout. Card numbers never enter The Gym Portal.
Yes. Staff who request access, people who accept an invite, and gym owners who subscribe agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We email a copy of both. You can also read them at thegymportal.com/terms and thegymportal.com/privacy.
Yes. You set colors and logo when you sign up, and you can change them later in Settings. Other gyms on the same product do not see your files.
